Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will develop scalable backend systems using PHP (version 8.x and above) and Docker. You will work with Symfony, Propel/Doctrine ORM and Composer. You will write clean, maintainable code that adheres to the SOLID principles, and you will ensure the highest code quality by conducting unit tests. You are familiar with agile processes and confidently handle Git conflicts, working with both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases. You will take ownership of your projects and actively contribute to the growth of our backend team.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a digital environment – ideally with initial leadership experience
  • You combine technical know-how with strong sales and presentation skills – this role requires the best of both worlds
  • You can manage multiple projects at the same time without losing track

YOUR ROLE – WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • You carry full responsibility for delivery to our international clients – both commercially and technically
  • You manage agile projects (Scrum & Scrum of Scrums) with a strong focus on success

  • You take budget responsibility for company projects and monitor their financial performance
  • You define and manage project milestones – from the idea to go-live
YOUR TECH STACK – OR THE WILLINGNESS TO LEARN IT:

  • Basic knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Flutter, or similar technologies
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL & PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, or the willingness to learn
  • Planning, executing, and delivering new agile e-commerce projects is exactly your thing
  • Familiarity with Spryker, Pimcore, or other e-commerce technologies
